Austral Amusement Co is Committed to suppling it's clientele with high quality, fully serviced equipment at all times.

We will not be beaten on any competitive price that is supplied in writing on a comparable item from a genuine business on the Gold Coast. All prices quoted above are valid for Queensland only

Making bookings & payment information

• Upon making a booking, a 50% deposit of the hire must be paid for.
• All prices quoted above are for each month meaning one month for pool table at $275.00 per months for up to 3 months .
• if delivery is required, help us and plan early so we are not late, to your event !
• All long term hires prices quoted above are per week and must e paid monthly in advance. Company policyAll home deliveries require a current driver's licence and current utility bill to be shown , and a credit card imprint is to be obtainedor delivery will be refused and any monies paid will be forfitied.

Credit cards payments will attract an extra 1.9% fee. But considering when intrest free period and the ease of payment, it is one of the most convieient ways to use

General hire information

Hire equipment can vary from Illustrations due to upgrades and sale of of ex-hire equipment.

Hiree is responible for units hired from time of pick up or drop off and until return or pick up of units hired

Prices quoted and marked with a single * indicate 1 dual unit . i.e. 1 pair of daytona twins or similiar ,or 1x 38" inch point blank game 2 x player or similiar.

Whilst every every effort is made to deliver your exact items, from time to time the gremlin's in electronics can come out of their nest. And if for some reason we cannot deliver any of your requested equipment, we will ring you to advise you. of the best possible replacement that is available

Deliveries , what we need to know about your venue

All venues or premises with steps and difficult access must be disclosed prior to the hire as extra staffing may be required and an additional fee will apply.(P.O.A) as each venue has different access involved., as we might need to inspect it. in this case if we need to quote your venue on site a callout fee of $55.00 will apply and must be paid in advance .

Austral Amusement Co reserves the right to refuse to service venues if upon arrival steps or poor accessibility are involved and the hiree has failed to disclose such information prior to delivery, Austral Amusement Co, reserves the right to refuse delivery of the items paid for, monies paid will be forfeited

What happens if i have to cancel my booking? If cancelled 3 weeks or more away from your booking date a 50% refund is offered, inside 3 weeks no refund is offered

Is delivery free?

Delivery and pickup is free with orders over the value of $330.00 and within normal business hours , within these area's; North to Coomera river, Tweed River to the south and west to the Coomera river. Any hires under this amount and for any outside the free area P.O.A.
