All lighting, Sound and Party hire Items are on the Gold Coast, Brisbane is pick up only. No other states
Hire equipment can vary from Illustrations due to upgrades and sale of of ex-hire equipment.
Hiree is responible for items hired, and must be cleaned if food equipment or a cleaning charge will apply. If a red carpet is soiled a cleaning charge will apply of $250.00
What happens if i have to cancel my booking? If cancelled 3 weeks or more away from your booking date a 50% refund is offered, inside 3 weeks no refund is offered
Whilst every every effort is made to deliver your exact items, from time to time the gremlin's in items with electronics can come out of their nest. And if for some reason we cannot deliver any of your requested equipment, we will ring you to advise you. of the best possible replacement that is available
Deliveries , what we need to know about your venue
All venues or premises with steps and difficult access must be disclosed prior to the hire as extra staffing may be required and an additional fee will apply.(P.O.A) as each venue has different access involved., as we might need to inspect it. in this case if we need to quote your venue on site a callout fee of $55.00 will apply and must be paid in advance .
We reserve the right to refuse to service venues if upon arrival steps or poor accessibility are involved and the hiree has failed to disclose such information prior to delivery, Tunz of fun party hire, reserves the right to refuse delivery of the items paid for, monies paid will be forfeited
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free with orders over the value of $220.00 within 15 km radios of our warehouse. Any amount under $220.00 we do have to charge a small delivery and pick up fee, P.O.A.
