All Prices listed above are for a weekend, Being Friday Pickup and Monday Drop off.
Weekday rates being Monday to Thursday take 20% off listed prices above.
Upon a booking, a 50% deposit of the total hire value must be paid for to confirm your booking!
Sorry everyone, all hires must be paid in full within at least 3 days out from your event.
Or otherwise we cannot deliver / supply your party Items that you had requested from us, as there are rogues around.
If delivery is required, Help us and plan early and advise on hire so we are not late, to your event !
All home deliveries require a current driver’s licence and current utility bill to be shown , and a credit card or delivery will be refused and any monies paid will be forfitied.
Delivery is free with orders over the value of $220.00, within these area’s; North to Coomera river, Tweed River to the south and west to the Coomera river crossing. Setup is extra, and based @ $ 55.00 per hour.
All hires outsside the free delivery area’s will be droped off on Thursday’s and collected on the following Tuesday’s only. A price will be quoted for outside the free delivery area upon your enquiry.
Some credit cards payments will attract an extra 1.9% fee. But considering when intrest free period and the ease of payment, it is one of the most convieient ways to use
General hire information
All lighting, Sound and Party hire Items are on the Gold Coast, Brisbane is pick up only. No other states
Hire equipment can vary from Illustrations due to upgrades and sale of of ex-hire equipment.
Hiree is responible for units hired from time of pick up or drop off and until return or pick up of units hired
What happens if i have to cancel my booking? If cancelled 3 weeks or more away from your booking date a 50% refund is offered, inside 3 weeks no refund is offered
Whilst every every effort is made to deliver your exact items, from time to time the gremlin’s in electronics can come out of their nest. And if for some reason we cannot deliver any of your requested equipment, we will ring you to advise you. of the best possible replacement that is available
